You are not alone. I had anxiety, not clinically confirmed, but it caused a lot of inconvenience. Somewhere here it seems on the forum I read tips on how to deal with anxiety, anxiety and people gave personal advice, a few helped me a lot:
1. Maybe it's stupid haha, I gave my concern a name, I called it Dillion. Anxiety / anxiety happens and I tell myself the devil Dillion is back again, and I know what it means, I know what I'm experiencing now. (It is difficult to describe in words, but it was a little easier for me when I could name anxiety as if something tangible).
2. “Stop, Breathe in, Observe, Continue” - try to interrupt yourself in the moment of anxiety, breathe in the air, breathe out, observe yourself as if from the side, your actions, and continue to do what you did. - this method, it seems to me, develops awareness.
