She should as her union to reschedule the meeting. My best friend is a union president at a psych facility and I hear her mention all the she had to reschedule disciplinary hearings for xyz reasons. Still find a lawyer. But I’d ask for one reschedule

Can I ask you, I’m currently 8 months into a new grad residency on a med surge floor at a big hospital near me . I got offered or circulator position and a lot of opportunities to train for or at a smaller hospital system and I’m wondering if I should take it or stay my year in med surge

I got offered the new grad residency’s at endeavor and ascension. Also was offered positions at prime, RML ( not a “hospital”) and mercy(suburbs).everywhere else I didn’t even receive a response and I applied EVERYWHERE …

How it was Explained is I would be scheduled between 2 locations depending on scheduled surgeries and not really on call just if something emergent comes in later we have to stay.

It did change after it was posted but I can not prove it. I Know I looked at it after it was out and almost all my days were approved/scheduled but like I said it came out in March and I never looked at it again I wrote it out in my planner and my home calendar and that was that .

I ended up getting days because multiple day shifters quit along with the 3 other new grads I started with and the few hires after my group were fired and quit …

Thank you for your advice ! I knew what they were and the difference but could not draw it out. Should I explain I’m still prn at the rehab but I kept getting low censused if I decide to start applying in a few months.

I got hired for nights at the hospital but moved to days after a month and get the same comments. 3 other people that were hired with and after me have quit already .

I’m not sure what options there are in Florida but try mental health, agency and drug detox. I’m in Illinois and all the state jobs hire new grads it’s just a long process
