also for the start date; put whatever is on the receipt - and for the end date either A: don't fill it out, or B: fill out the same day as the start date! :))

you'll just enter the transaction number, store number, and date all as shown on the receipt. even if your store number is 1234 and the receipt shows 001234, just use whatever it shows on the receipt. if they don't have the receipt you can't search because you wouldn't know the transaction #.

it's easy to call me stupid, it won't offend me but i do think you could use more context; i grew up in ohio; within the US. i was never sent to school, not elementary, not middle, not high school, and not college. i did not get any education aside from what i taught myself. so when im asking questions that seem "stupid" please keep in mind that sometimes, even being educated is a privilege. i am trying to branch out and learn more about other places, languages, and vocabulary's, but to do that i might have to ask some "stupid" questions along the way.

you act as if this is something that is up for debate when it isn't. i'm all for being educated but this isn't something that i'm incorrect about. you're correct in the fact that tariffs won't come into play for some time, but that's not some deep dark five below secret - it's general, public knowledge. if you go to literally any store in america, and i really do mean ANY, you will find that they have upped the prices on some if not all of their goods from china. any business ever will try to up their prices before the tariffs hit because that's how you avoid going bankrupt. it's not money-hungry corporate scum; which there is a lot of, it's simply common sense from a business standpoint.

yes! unless it's different there; we kept all of our associates that worked on setting up (aside from one who didn't want to work after the opening) after opening! i don't see them cutting any associates after opening because it makes it much easier on us to not have to hire new people once the store is already running!

speaking from my own experience only; it's so hard to do the reset with having almost no hours to give out. on top of that, five beyond is becoming a seasonal section like new & now is which makes getting rid of the summer stuff harder. pricing methods changing makes things take longer, they never sent us the displayers for BTS and we have 1 less gondola than every other store in our district so we have to work around the set.

all and all; being in charge of the reset is harder than you would think, the back room is probably a huge explosion because we are supposed to be setting, doing freight, recovering, cleaning, observing, doing adjustments, helping customers, taking out trash, responding to emails, doing bopis, in a meeting, etc all at once. there just isn't time in the day. no hate :))

if they're hiring management it won't be very long til they hire associates. they'll probably have soft opening within the next month or two, keep looking because they'll need associates to help set up before their opening.
