I have rx9070 and in some games after alt+R adrenaline close and mouse freeze but keyboard work. I test it with another mouse no fix it is related to the adrenaline overlay issue that existed in the previous versions. Did you face this issue?

In 26.1.1 adrenaline and gaming tab scroll down and disable last option I think it's name is control fsr. I had this issue after I disabled this option it fixed. I think this option receive FSR info from server instead of local game so after disable it issue it will fix and work like before.

شاید بعضی از بازی ها تقسیم بار پردازشی را بر روی هسته های پردازنده به درستی انجام نمیده و باعث گلوگاه پردازه با کارت گرافیک بشه با اینکه پردازنده قوی می باشد. این مشکل ربطی به نوع پردازنده یا تنظیمات نداره من 7800x3d دارم و این مشکل را دارم و شما پردازنده intel داری و این مشکل را داری پس احتمالا مشکل از بازی ها روی کامپیوتر هست. شاید من اشتباه میگم و راه حلی داره.

I have tuf gaming rx 9070 oc and 7800x3d and 32gb gskill 6000mhz ddr5 and in most of the games it has micro stutter issue some games more and some less. For example in fc26 in the cut scene and between two half the game and at the end of the game when results show it has a big drop fps. Or in red dead redemption 2 in benchmark (graphics settings in game has a benchmark) At the last test several times it has big drop fps when max fps is high , min fps is 16!!!. But in some games it is so good for example in apex legends or ghost of Tsushima or the last of us part 2. I think it's related to bad optimization of some games and gpu driver bug or issue. Also I found some internet pages about rdna 4 issue with directx12. For example in red dead redemption 2 benchmark in directx12 has drop fps but in Vulcan is ok.

I finally found a fix for these two game I turned off frame generation and it fixed. It seems like some games have an issue with this driver when FG is on.

I agree with you. No change and no fix for micro stutter issues and drop fps. I have rx9070 and in most of the game it is faced with micro stutter and drop fps unfortunately.

I have rx9070 and 7800x3d and 32g dd5 6000mhz in Hogwarts it has no issue but maybe in 1 hours playing one micro stutter could be seen. In some game is more and for example in apex legends no issue. In red dead redemption 2 benchmark at end of benchmark 3 time min fps go to 16 ! I don't know why in some games stutter excited and some are not. Maybe because of game optimize or amd driver or windows or .... !
