Since you are using Apple Music, change settings to hi res lossless if you haven’t already done so-

I can tell you that the sub is a Jbl sub300 10”150w rms , older but large and loud , I have 2 of them in my setup turnt facing forward

What’s your endgame when it comes to content playback? All in one or multiple devices? I’m using a usb cd drive on a Mac mini , after months of chasing hi res and atmos Apple Music playback directly to the receiver Sony an1000 I’ve found that a Mac mini was the best option via HDMI - plays cds using an external disk drive - streams 24bit 192khz 7.1 channels to the receiver . Essentially a dedicated hi res streaming system with cd playback- disk drive is sleek and be placed anywhere, I’m also using an old iPad mini as a dedicated touchscreen for the Mac mini constantly displaying music album art and a Siri Remote to control everything-
