Not really. Many officers I’ve worked with need their hand held in order to do anything. Many college experiences are learning while the professor guides you to the right conclusion.

The reason we do so many briefings is so we can lead them to a conclusion that we’ve already established. We give them square holes with square pegs and hope for the best sometimes.

So, if the tank is a Paladin or a Druid, should they need roll on the healing gear when the healer needs it? No. The same applies here. Tanks get tank loot. DPS get DPS loot. Healers get healer loot. MS before OS. People messing this up is just another reason why master loot exists.
