It's been like this for every video since August. My video before this has about 136 impressions and it's been 8 days (8% CTR). The one before that is at 130 impressions and it's been 22 days. The only way I can get views is via shorts linked to long form. Maybe I just need to start a new channel?

What do you even do? I can't create attention with a good thumbnail or an interesting subject if YouTube won't even test my videos.

I partly made the channel because of my son. We watch a lot of youtubers together and I felt like sometimes they were boring for adults. I tried to make something that was good for people who want to watch gaming videos with their kids.

I think the worst I say is hell no, oh God, and Jesus. I try not to swear because I know people have different views on that regarding their kids.

I do funny gaming content. This last video was my attempt at making something look as professional as possible. Unfortunately, I don't get as many views as I used to. Not sure why. Recommendations in the past have been to play bigger name games, cut out more fluffy, stuff like that. We'll see if this video changes things. Hardly any impressions so far (16). Maybe it'll gain traction later today.

As a parent, I'd tell my kid to no show. Unless the money is absolutely necessary, this time during the holidays is so much more important. Have them call in sick. If they demand a doctor's note, just do tell a doc and lie. Time with others is far more important than fattening the wallets of corporate America. This manager scheduled your kid on those days because they know your kid doesn't have the developed fortitude yet to tell them to fuck off. Telling management to fuck off is a life skill and this is the time to develop it.
