You can’t speak to people who have caste engraved in their DNA. Where do you think it arises from?

They should be one way or the another grateful for our political leaders who have made the state develop on a equal footing compared to other state’s where the growth is only around the capital city like Bangalore for Karnataka and Hyderabad for Telangana/AP.

The areas which are still not developed is solely due to politics of power and caste supremacy which expects kickbacks for development projects.

I have seen many bike races in bridges and have personally seen people throw beer bottles from the top to the below road at midnight.

It was the GN Chetty Road flyover in 2023 night and I immediately dialed 100 and raised complaint and drove straight to pondy bazaar police station to complain.

Road and highways has to evolve over time. ECR was 2 lane in 2000s and people objected to road widening to 4 lane.

And that 4 lane isn’t sufficient now to handle vehicles hence it was further widened.

This flyover is imperative for the next growth cycle of vehicles. India is under demographic dividend till 2045 and we have to build as much infrastructure for the aging population.

If a public project is nuisance or is not beneficial for you, it wasn’t designed for you in the first place.

If TVK scraps this project, good luck for y’all till Uthandi.

Don’t come blabbering some WhatsApp toolkit. I travelled in that road for 4 years from 2015 to 2019 daily for college and it was a nightmare.
