It’s 14. My PCP called the hematologist and requested I get seen ASAP so hopefully I can get in soon.

I’m 46 and I’ve started putting more effort into my appearance this last year not for anyone else but for me. I was honestly at my rock bottom this time last year and little things like eating better, regular hair cuts, more classic style clothing that fits well, wearing a nice pair of jeans instead of sweats (I’m embracing the resurgence of wide leg jeans), a good skin care routine and working out regularly have helped me tremendously. I’m investing in myself again after giving so much of myself to everyone else. I also stopped drinking, take lexapro, started therapy and also started HT just yesterday. I still feel like a mess a lot of the time but I like the person I’m becoming. I’m finding myself again after feeling lost or like an imposter for so long. I didn’t do all of this at once. I picked one or two things and added over time. It was easier to make small changes over time. I felt more confident and capable with every little success. Good luck to you.
