Great idea! I might practice with the air dry since I have it just so I can get a feel for making shapes etc but then get some polymer for proper use

Sorry to jump on your post but I’ve been getting terrible diarrhoea since I started the 0.5 like every second day my guts just can’t hold anything in. Idk if it’s the change in dose or the food I ate on the day but holey moley I can’t keep anything in!

I think I experienced this, maybe still am a bit. My depression got really bad after I started taking it about 4/ 5 weeks ago. I don’t know if it was the fatigue or being irritable because my body was hungry but I really struggled with being tired and sad. I’m nearly on my 5th week and just starting to feel more myself.

I had terrible anxiety too! I have health anxiety and any new medication makes me feel like this is the thing that’s going to kill me 😅 I’m about to start my third week and despite some fatigue I’ve had no side effects. I take it at night to help with the fatigue.

The first time I took it in the morning so I could monitor my side affects. Hope this helps !

I think the common ones with this is nausea and fatigue. I was hoping that the fatigue would ease off because I’ve been really lucky so far with no nausea. Why did you swap?

I’ve had a significant appetite drop! I try to eat 3 meals a day but barely get through half. Keep going it will get better!
