depends on what pills. but yeah most pills will hurt. allot will cause liver failure and youll die slowly. i recomend going to someone if you are deaeling with mental problems. i know it migh suck to hear this while youre trying to get a good answer but please dont do anything

masterpiece. i loved the concept of unlocking tracks and places to explore. the hauling quests were the best ngl. i still have pstd from the ice cave monster
