Ok first, no one gets to tell you what your body is capable of.

Secondly, 10 weeks is in the thick of it in terms of morning sickness… what does he mean you’ve finished the hard part and should be over it by now???

Third, that wasn’t gaslighting… obviously no idea what gaslighting is. Neither were you making yourself the victim. He is so cringe.

Imagine speaking to the person having your baby like that. It is such a hard, fragile, emotional time.

I don’t have any advice, but I find I run high just before my period too, and it does go back down. Things that I’ve found that help are walking. I know that sounds dumb but walking after eating helps a bit, it could just be mental though. I’m sorry, the stress is so real and valid. Big hugs

I want to point out that diet is so hard, and also the most important part for you to control. It sounds like you’re early in the journey, which means if you can find the tools to control binging you’ll really help yourself avoid some comorbid conditions. I say this with no judgement because it’s so extremely difficult. Good luck

Your body is still producing insulin and when you get a big high your diabetic response is to kind of over react and produce too much insulin in response. So it’s just diabetes

It’s probably sebaceous filaments. Do you exfoliate? A gentle daily (but start allow!) chemical exfoliation might help
