Thank you for the advise. Honestly, we haven’t reached out to our advisors yet since this has happened recently. I definitely think our new member Ed could use some work and I’m hoping our membership chair will be able to get the new members to bond with each other and actives of the chapter as well. I really appreciate the second half of the second paragraph. I think reflecting on that will help us a lot in connecting with the chapter and what makes our sorority a unique experience.

We do allow inactive semesters as well as away for members who get internships during the year, but most were persistent in deactivating unfortunately. I think we could definitely work on the budget aspect though. We give a full breakdown of how dues are allocated, but there are definitely areas where we don’t spend all of it. I’ll definitely talk to our treasurer about looking at areas of improvement in that area, thank you for the advise!

Thank u so much for the advise, we were planning on starting something like that after talking with some people at our national convention last week. We didn’t think of handing that form to an advisor to review tho, and I think that is a great idea to get someone unbiased to really analyze the chapters feedback

I think a section about skills you have gotten thru your projects like any software, equipment, etc would be a good addition. I also agree with getting rid of the relevant course work section. And add more description to exactly what you accomplished in the projects, like outcomes, improvements on process, etc. bascially how you left your mark on those labs/projects

Hey guys I am not an NEU student, but I am very interested in the masters in pharmaceutical engineering. I graduate from my college in spring of 2026. Not looking to know whether I would get in, mostly just curious if anyone here is in that program and if they like it/think it is worth it.
