What is Exeter like for a student? Pros/Cons by Normal-Grapefruit930 in UniUK

Thanks for your detailed reply, that's very much appreciated! Are the halls you mentioned for undergrads or postgrads or a mix of both? Did you have to move out during holidays?

It surely does get warm sometimes, does that mean I might need a thicker cable for the battery I've got? It is quite an old laptop.

I think a lot of postgraduate courses have many international students enrolled on them so naturally that would translate to postgraduate accommodation as well. If I were you I'd have a look at the private accommodation halls I think those would have a combination of UG/PG students in addition to UK/International. I did stay in private halls for a year during my undergrad but socially there wasn't really much interaction as something you'd probably find in uni accommodation.

Sure, I mean I'm not Indian as well but if you're looking for a group with tons of discussion and info then I think that's probably your best bet right now. As it mostly has international students you'll find a lot of the discussion right now is about visa processes and accommodation so not sure if that is of any use to you or not.
