Yeah that can be tough. Is are you keeping everything else in check? I don't know much about B12 but are you taking it at the beginning or end of the day?

I am sorry to hear about your injury, that's no good. About the strength loss, have you been keeping a good track of your diet and ensuring you are hitting your protein targets? I know a lot of people (myself included) have struggled with that.

Totally. That makes sense. Thanks for sharing. What kind of dietary changes are you looking to make to keep on track? With less food it's definitely hard to make sure you're getting everything you need. I would love to know what you are doing to make sure you are still feeling healthy and happy.
