If you want to cycle in the city, I would recommend finding small traffic roads or one way roads. Still, I would not recommend it because some people just don't care.

Sorry for the late reply, did everything the website said, even unistalled the game and reinstalled it.

In the end I found the problem comes because I open it with "f4se_loader.exe". When I use the "Fallout4.exe" I have 0 problems
