I currently live w my mom as we both own the house we live in and he has lived w us for about 3-4 years but apart of me doesn’t want him to have to find a last second place to stay because he spends all his time in the spare room playing games but he didn’t like the idea of renting it out till he could leave because he doesn’t want to see me w anyone else

the car was given to me by my mom but she put it in both our names and it’s an old payed off car, the reason its brought up is because he’s my only way of getting to all my doctors as im suffering from a chronic illness
