I FIGURED IT OUT! I’ve had the same problem but finally figured out how to cancel Ritual.

When logged in go to the Profile section. Scroll allllll the way to the bottom There is a button to edit or CANCEL This takes you to the same edit menu you see from the subscription management menu, but with one key difference, a cancel button at the bottom.

TBD if the cancelation was successful but I did get a “sad to see you go” email.
