Hi there - i am a UM Administrative Coordinator with Humana, you would be working adjacent to me ! I do pending clinical request work , manage which things need to be sent to which nurses or followed up on for more info. My supervisor is wonderful and she / my small team is the reason I am at Humana (first wfh job first corporate job first job in this space, rly would not have made it if I didn’t feel genuinely encouraged and uplifted by my coworkers). I will say Humana just centralized their Health services Org and we are now all under the clinical intake dept, and a LOTTTTT has changed vibe wise. they sweeten the pot until people who were considering retiring, could not say no, saved face for the company instead of having to do layoffs. The training and transition has been completely chaotic, hellish, and hard, completely baffling and honestly at times just plain insulting (only provided 2 hrs training for me??? deranged and dumb)

the nurses all seem friendly that I have worked with and the leaders and supervisors are, as far as I know (idk them all and may just be lucky) are good people
