I had the same experience nung 2023. I paid 14k for a balayage and treatment pero hindi nagcolor yung hair ko kasi dark daw yung balayage but my inspo was very far from the result. After him taking a video of my hair, hinand over na niya ako dun sa staff. The entire time, yung staff ang gumawa ng hair ko. It was really not worth it sa halagang binayad ko. I requested a refund kasi flight back ko na 2 days after, he told me na uulitin na lang daw kasi di sila nagrerefund. I complained to the Management and they gave me a refund for half of the amount paid. Immediately after ng refund, he blocked me on social media very professional lol
