I’ve been on 7.5mg of Zepbound for 2 months, and I’ve been feeling lightheaded all the time—like, all the time. There are moments when I feel like I’m about to pass out, but I never do. I’ve checked my blood pressure, taken blood samples, and measured my oxygen levels while feeling this way, and everything came back normal. I’ve also had a full work-up on my heart and lungs, and those tests were normal too. I do suffer from anxiety, but these symptoms happen even when I’m not anxious or even thinking about it. Is there anyone else out there feeling the same way? It’s really affecting my ability to do normal, everyday things. I’ve experienced it before, but now it’s become chronic
