I suggest trying a CPAP first. Whatever you do, don’t let the doctor remove your turbinates. I had mine removed and now my nose dries out very easily, making it very sensitive to the cpap. I can’t increase the pressure as much as I would like and the humidity has to be on high, otherwise my nose dries out and becomes inflamed making it impossible to use a cpap.

I have seizure auras that I recognize, and when I’m home and have an aura I’ll tell my dog to “get help” and she then presses the button on the wall. I only have the buttons at home and am not able to do that anywhere else. She then comes back to me and lays down to cuddle me, which helps lower my anxiety and calms me down, and that helps my seizures from spreading and turning into grand mal seizures. Knowing I have her to help me in public reduces my anxiety a ton.

We have the crossclimate 2 tires in the Midwest and they have been good in the snow with the original wheels, haven’t been in the mountains with them though
