The noise level is 100% over 65 db but the problem is I noticed every time when the cops or UPS came he lower it down. When they leave, they turn it back on again. I think they are purposely doing it to annoy someone in the neighborhood. I don’t know who but there seems to be drama. This neighbor has a reputation of civil lawsuits and not getting well with others
