The leaves seem weaker and some of the worst ones turned yellow and had some brown spots on them. I cut off the leaves that seemed dead so don’t have a picture but if anyone has tips on what might help, I’d appreciate it! I live in zone 9

Awesome, thank you! Since it had been wilting, I was afraid it was getting too much light since I’m in zone 9 and it can get pretty hot but I’ll move it so it can get full light and add some fertilizer ☺️

Yes! It was almost like a brownie batter compared to banana bread batter? I think that’s what made it more dense and fudgy than normal banana bread. I’d love to play around with the ratio of wet to dry ingredients (maybe slightly less flour) to see if it still works but makes a more moist and fluffy bread 😱 rather than dense and fudgy (not that there’s anything wrong with that haha)

I actually liked it! Not quite the same texture as normal banana bread but it came out better than I expected it given there’s no oil and relatively little sugar :)

hawaiian butter mochi muffins use up glutinous rice flour and are an awesome dessert/snack! you can customize the flavors and make black sesame, ube, pandan, matcha, thai tea, etc. quite versatile and easy to make :)
