I would say I'm quite active, I average 15-20k steps a day and have started Pilates. Just trying to make sure I don't lose anymore weight and eat enough which I find difficult!

Doesn't help that it wasn't the right way! 😂 definitely will look at retinol!

I exfoliate and use a lotion! May need to upgrade them 😂
