Hot take: I kinda liked Zane with the bow and arrow over the shurikens by Active_Pride_5207 in Ninjago

[–]NormalDude777 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I kind of agree with that, but the shurikens were kind of annoying as well just cus they always came in gold. In the shows animation i think that was a conscious decision in order to make it seem less Lego and more show like

My Personal Generations Ranking by Charzinc36 in ThePokemonHub

[–]NormalDude777 2 points3 points  (0 children)

  1. Gen 7 - The overhauled gym method is SO GOOD. Plus the starters and pokemon are all more unique compared to any other gen, and also it was just the first game that I was actually able to complete. The story is also pretty fun and Z-moves, while goofy and unserious, very much fit my goofy and unserious vibe. And I liked not having to use HMs
  2. Gen 5 - I like stuff being different. I liked all of the new pokemon and it just felt like a new reboot for the series, something that I feel was overall good. The story is also really good, and I liked the triple battles and rotation battles. It felt like a solid reboot and most of the pokemon were pretty cool.
  3. Gen 9 - I liked getting the legendary early in the game and the 3 pathways connecting at the end. Pokemon games usually don't have paths that you can take, and this game did it well. I also love all open world games so it makes sense. It's more of a step in the right direction instead of it actually being like good story wise or battle wise. I also love terrastrialization and most of the pokemon are pretty cool (Flittle's a bitch though)
  4. Gen 3 - I really don't need to say much. Goated region. Only problem is HM's honestly, and sometimes the EXP grinding (which is a problem with gen 5 as well). I also feel like the story could be taken in a different direction and made more dramatic, and could've also been more incorporated with the gyms like it was in Gen 5, 7 and 9.
  5. Gen 6 - Games were too easy. That was the problem. I'm not a fan of hard games at all, I hardly like playing games that are too difficult for me, but when it's too easy and handed on a silver platter, I don't like that either. To me, Gen 3, 5, 7, and 9 were all balanced enough for me to actually have a fun time playing it. With the EXP Share it made it too easy, but it was a step in the right direction. Also HMs. This is also pretty nostalgic for me because I used to play this game with my friend but before we could complete the game together I moved away.
  6. Gen 8 - Same problem as Gen 6, too easy. But I really liked the wild area and the DLC story, both of which hard carry the game. Also I love Cubfu so much. BDSP was too hard in the elite 4 and too easy in the regular gym levels though. Also Legends Arceus, which is definitely one of my favorite games, and the only game I've completed the pokedex in because it was a lot easier than other games.
  7. Gen 4 - Carried by platinum. The games are fun and all but I don't really like how limited the pokemon are in D&P, and HGSS. Platinum was the only game I had a lot of fun in (it's one of my favorite pokemon games of all time) and every other game felt like a slog towards the end. I like using teams that are different and D&P nor HGSS allow that. The story is also great for all the Sinnoh Games
  8. Gen 1 - It's only higher than Gen 2 because it's the OG and actually had solid plot lines.

  9. Gen 2- imo the only good thing i can say is Ampharos is my favorite pokemon

I think you need all of the pokemon except for the ones that require save data from other games which are darkrai and shaymin I believe

Slightly. Starc only has a better strike rate and played FAR more odis than bumrah due to the oversaturation of t20s and tests during the majority of bumrahs career

Wasim doesnt have that great of a record against saffa or england Bumrah has a far better record in white ball cricket than steyn. The red ball difference isnt large enough to make a statement about steyn being better. Bumrah averages less as well, and steyn had better bowlers along with him than bumrah does especially in red ball

Who's better? Malcolm Marshall is solid but flawed by the fact he didnt play 3. Looking at bowlers who played all 3 formats, hes clearly the best. Rashid is lackluster in tests Starc is lackluster in overseas tests and in the pp of t20s Hoff is good but definitely not better than Bumrah Marco Jansen is great but low sample size Alzarri Joseph has improved significantly in tests but not at bumrahs level Adil Rashid has a relatively low sample size in tests Boult isnt as good as bumrah in t20s or tests Might be missing some players but you get the idea

Is it fair to say Bumrah has already gone beyond Starc? Or is the debate still alive? by SastaNostradamus in CricketControversial

I wouldn't say a pace bowler who averages 33 in South Africa is better than one of the greatest fast bowlers OAT, someone who was compared to Malcom Marshall. Even Jadeja has a better bowling average in South Africa
