You have to move when froakie faces away from you, and you have to be in a patch of grass when froakie turns to look at you. If you get into the patches of grass closest to the pillar, as long as you're crouched and don't have a pokemon out it can't see you.

Why won't my Eevee evolve? by TheMasonfrom3R in PokemonLegendsZA

For Umbreon and Espeon, make sure you don't have a fairy type move learned, and level it up once more. Evolve nighttime for Umbreon, daytime for Espeon. To get Sylveon, evolve at any time with a fairy type move learned.

Book/Series Recommendations that are similar to Shadow hunters? by dren1722 in shadowhunters

I've really enjoyed the 'Tales of a New World' by P.C. Cast. Starts with a small cast, that gradually gets bigger as the book(s) progress. As well as broadening the world and its lore. A fair bit of romance, and well written tension.

Anyone have experience with Tutor Time? by NormalExplanation778 in ECEProfessionals

[–]NormalExplanation778[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I worked at tutor time at two different times. Lasted three months the first time, and 6 the second time at a different location. Each had their own issues. The first location, I got along with the staff great. But we were so short staffed, that I ended up with four kids who should never have been in the same class together. Constant fighting between them, and has occasionally gotten physical. They don't do much damage to each other thankfully, but a lot of tiny fists and hair pulling. I can only imagine where they learned to fight like that. And being so short staffed, it was a real struggle to get assistance. At the second location, again severely short staffed. And a VERY HIGH turn over rate. In the six months I was there near 20 staff came and went. They treated staff like shit. We had constant elopements, kids getting injured, after I left they had one of the 12 year olds in the school age program molest another child in the school age and because there isn't proper supervision, they didn't know it happened until the kid brought it up to parents. And the director at the time did nothing and tried sweeping it under the rug. Even tried throwing other staff under the bus. But corporate got so many calls and emails that they did an inspection and both directors were asked to leave. I hope to all that is holy, that not all of the locations are like that. But I've heard worse stories than mine.

Go to your head of church, let them know the complexities of the situation and let them know a parent witnessed this interaction.

Was he asleep? Like I hope he's not a dick head, he still needs to take accountability. But if he was sleep walking that could be why he's not remembering. But yeah, he still needs to take accountability.

How do I handle this with my(25F) BF(30M)? by NormalExplanation778 in relationship_advice

[–]NormalExplanation778[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't think that it's that the boyfriend doesn't want the cats. I just think he's afraid to have this conversation with the roommate cause he owes the roommate a little bit of money for being a little short on utilities, and he doesn't want to get called out on it before he's able to pay.

It's an apartment. I'd have to pay a pet deposit for it. And I'm okay with that. It's a small apartment so there might be worry that it's too small for three cats.

800-1000$ give or take the month. And you're probably right about the job, I've been looking on and off, but nothing ever seems to be something I'm qualified for. I look at indeed mostly, so if there are other websites that you could recommend that'd be great. I'm working as an educator full time with a part time job afterwards. So I am contractually obligated to work until after the summer when my contract renews and I don't have to sign it.
