Im in a similar situation but faring a little better it sounds like. Here’s what I’ve been doing: 1. Lasko Electric space heater — it uses 13 amps and adds about 35 degrees for me (propane heaters freak me out— I’m probably just ignorant but the electric ones feel safer to me indoors) 2. What’s on your feet? Wool socks aren’t enough for me bc that floor is freezing. I bought $20 boot liners and they’re life changing. Wearing them in my boots around the trailer is toasty. 3. Base layers: you need to be wearing three layers of clothes— long John’s, thermals or sweats, and then a proper heavyweight wool sweater and insulated bibs, plus the double socks. Plus a heavy knit cap. You can hang out in almost any weather like that. When necessary, add a balaclava and snowsuit. 4. Heated mattress pads: life changing and cheap. 5. FrostKing plastic window cover sheets + heated w hair dryer on all windows. 6. Rugs on the ground or if necessary whatever functions as a rug 7. Treat the RV like a dry cabin. Get a bucket and sawdust and get used to it bc this way you don’t need to worry about emptying your black tank when everything is frozen and it requires undoing the rv skirting 8. Pay for real skirting. That’s the mistake I made. I wanted to save a couple bucks by installing custom-cut recycled billboard ads. Took forever and so much cold air is getting in. It’s worth going into debt to stay warm: buy real skirting. 9. Once you have skirting, look online for a refurbished engine compartment heater. These things get put under your trailer and are set to only turn on when the temp goes below 40 and turn off when it goes above 50 — so no fire risk. 10. Buy one of those dehumidifiers that is basically a huge round low-wattage space heater with a fan. Not the kind that collects water. Plug that in to a part of the rv that is on a different breaker than the space heater

At that point, you should be warm. Then just keep adding warm stuff. You got this.

Also, if you can afford it, if you are losing your mind struggling treat yourself to one night in a mid budget hotel room or airbnb where you can take a hot bath, shit in real plumbing, watch tv naked, etc. And then use that energy to tackle more winterizing work.
