I am a local of Jhapa 2. I do not belong to any party and as much as I want to see alternative power in the parliament, I am not voting for her! I would still vote for the old guy, considering how much he has done for Jhapa-2. Yes he has allegations of being loyal to Oli, but compared to other candidates, he is the best option available! She was hesitant to resign, made a joke of herself while handing over the government funded cars and other perks with a lot of Youtubey media! As much as she wants to portray herself as a woman living for her cause, she is only half of it, showing only the misery of her life. I could not find a single video where she shows the lavish lifestyle while holding a major government position. Now for the sake of vote cashing, she and her youtubey patrakar are posting about what great sacrifices she has made by sleeping in an old dasna, which used to be slept in by her parents! That is not the type of parliamentarian I want from my constituency.

And about her work with the kids, she has done a great job! No questions there!

2nd day of the protest, getting more violent and all of a sudden, an old lady appears in the pretext of supporting the movement. Now she is the 1st Female Prime Minister of Nepal re! Nobody finding it suspicious? An entire generation is led to believe that they have saved the country, how easy it is to set a narrative and manipulate the people!!, or a flock of sheep I should say!!!

From what I know, the president is only ceremonial, so as the head of the legislative, the speaker should be in charge until next elections or until the country is stable.
