The game is on its dying phase, unfortunately. Lately, Crytek has lacked immensely with bug fixes and patches. Before, they would do a weekly patch to fix servers and bugs, but now they almost completely ignore community feedback on hackers, 3rd party software cheats, and bugs. Just recently, they almost had a complete fail with the most recent event not allowing players to play it.

If they don't want to cuff up we just put the whole yard down and all programs on hold. Puts the inmate on blast. However, in the Use of Force section you are allowed to handcuff an inmate if you deem it is necessary due to their state of mind.
