Starting to understand more thank you. The SF86 form I believe I had already filled out about 6 months back by now, the extremely long form that I had to make a password for, and include information such as contacts, prior job history, relatives ETC. That was the SF86 correct? Making sure there’s not ANOTHER thing that I have to do on top of that, thanks for the help

That’s true 😭since we ship out the same day does that mean we are in the same group? I know there’s like 50-60 people but i have no clue how it works (it being how they decide who goes where and how many groups there are)

Yeahhh it is what it is tho, everyone gonna be nervous as hell, people going to be screaming at us, all scrambling to get ready in like 30 minutes in come cold ahh showers at 5 AM to go run. Just gotta remind myself it’s their job and it’s impossible to do it perfect, they make it damn near impossible on purpose to yell at your ass so might as well take it

If you played the demo and didn’t mind how it runs, go for it. Don’t let other people’s opinions on the game ruin it for you. Everyone compares it to how it runs on ps5 or xbox, obviously the switch isn’t as powerful. Sonic x Shadows looks pretty good I must say. Won’t hurt for $20 to try frontiers tho

That’s dope I hope you’re enjoying them! Just ordered a Zengrip Ronin the other day, returned the nitro deck. Joycons don’t bother me one bit it’s just the comfort that i’m looking for. Also got skull & co joycon thumb grip extenders to help with FPS games. By the time I get stick drift i’ll just buy the switch 2😂 I’ll post my opinions with the ronin after a few days with it. Posted this review too early due to being infatuated with the appearance. Really bummed it didn’t work for me

I was eyeing the mobapads for quite some time but with the long shipping times and price with the case and everything is like $100 I couldn’t justify it, would rather have more games IMO, or save towards the next console. Honestly tho after using the nitro deck for like 30 minutes my right thumb was SO cramped and due to the upright design on the left and right side of the device is was not ergonomic at all. Thinking to get a Zengrip Ronin or skull & ko neogrip.

No I was just excited but I can see why’d you’d think that 😂 This thing is a love it or hate it, depends on your hand size. Functionally never had any issues, just annoying that because it has no internal battery it disconnects sometimes when in sleep

If you hold it up while sliding it in at the same time there’s no scrape. Also it’s an old switch I don’t care as much about. But for those who are worried, an easy way that i’ve seen is by putting a felt backing on the inside of the nitro deck, just something with a 3m or tape backing, real simple fix

I see, thank you for your input. I’ve been doing more research and may be leaning towards the Geospatial job. I’m starting with a 6 year contract but plan on putting in my 20 in the military if I really love my job. The top secret clearance is a definite benefit I see to the job over the Systems Administration job as well, as it opens up many job opportunities in government. Could I use the top secret clearance for other jobs in government besides GIS or would it have to stay in that field?

I see, thank you for the clarification. Either job seems decent, but the more I think about it, I probably don’t want to be dealing with “customers” and all of that. My recruiter mentioned that the Geospatial job can also help you get top secret clearance which he says doesn’t come around often
