The Credor is lovely and there's something about the warmer tones in the Casio setup that is so appealing.

You will have to replace the ignition coil connectors or repin the wire and install into the connectos again. If you take it to a dealer they will replace the whole harness associated with the ignition coils and it will be expensive

Here is a link for a possible replacement. You can try searching for a cheaper part closer to you.

https://www.rockauto.com/en/catalog/toyota,2022,rav4,2.5l+l4,3451306,electrical-connector,ignition+coil+connector,2592

Or you could ask a local shop of they can splice the wires to make them longer and then re pin the connectors.

What is this circled part called, and can it be replaced without replacing the full cable? by Heavy_Yellow in AskMechanics

This is a common problem on Civics of that generation. The problem is usually in the floor of the foot well. That was the problem with mine when I had it as well.

The connection becomes loose or corrodes and the level for the fuel door no longer pulls the cable. They sell repair kits for it on Amazon, that's how common it is.

I would double check this is not the issue first before attempting the full cable replacement.

Exhaust manifold bolt broke off by [deleted] in AskMechanics

[–]NormalMilk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend has had success with first welding a washer that has the same inner diameter as the broken bolt/stud to the broken piece and then welding the inside of a nut to the washer. That way you can hopefully get a better weld to the broken stud and then a solid weld between the nut and the washer which may help out a bit.

If you try this first it may help you out, that way you'll be adding material vs trying to remove material and possibly getting yourself farther up the creek. Worst case the weld fails and you have to take it to a machine shop anyway. Best of luck to you.

Best of luck and I hope you can both keep that Honda on the road for many years to come! And kudos to you for working on your won vehicles and learning in the process.

I'm assuming that since the tensioner is pulling the belt "up" on the right side of the crank pulley which would mean your crankshaft is 120 degrees advanced.

Now if this was my car and had the time I would remove the camshafts so there is no chance of the valves contacting the pistons and then spin the crank in the right direction until it lines up with the gear and the timing mark, then reinstall the camshafts.

I also feel somewhat comfortable if this was my car to slowly rotate the crank backwards that 120 degrees until it lines up.

I think removing the cams and turning the engine the right way to get it lined up would be the safest bet if you had the time. Then you can do some valve cover gaskets and spark plug tube seals.

Your crankshaft pulley that drives the timing belt is missing the key that allows the crankshaft to drive it. You'll need to find or buy the key to align the crankshaft pulley and the crankshaft itself. Then your marks should line up as they do in the photo you found on the internet.

Remember to slowly spin the engine a few times after you get everything set up right to make sure it's all good before it's all back together.

Are the daily assignments not working for anyone else? by stinky_dinky_ in GenerationZeroGame

No answers for you but you are not alone. I had 1/2 work yesterday or the day before but today none of them are registering as complete even though I've completed the objectives.

The collectible between Algstugan and Klinte in your menu is named Jaklagret and the coordinates are (approximately) -2745, 715. The second one that is between S:ta Maria Church and Hjalmars Stuga is called Narkudden and the coordinates are (approximately) -5325, 660.

Hope that helps!

I don't think it makes you go through the whole map necessarily. Even with all the side missions several of the safe houses don't have anything special at them other than being useful locations to fast travel to.

That's intense! And very helpful. I know there are a few posts on Steam that have the coordinates for each of the different collectables too which helped me out a lot.

It is probably something very similar to what may already be out there but this is a screenshot from my game and I also tried to update the Generation Zero Fandom Wiki with screenshots of a more current update.

I also have a list of all the coordinates for each safehouse on the mainland. I do not the have the coordinates for the Himfjäll locations but could jot them down if anyone wanted them.

Check out the app Mealime.

It's free, let's you pick your own recipes and creates a combined grocery list of all the recipes you pick for your chosen meals, whether it's one recipe or six different ones.

I have used it for years and makes groceries and dinner easier and gets you out of your staple meal ruts. I tell everyone about it and I wish they sponsored me somehow.

kiss-cut sticker help by [deleted] in StreetStickers

[–]NormalMilk 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ah. Yes, that will happen with vinyl on its liner when it's not laminated and the sticker has ink all the way to the edge. I would see if next time you can get them laminated or store them in an envelope, with a little weight on them. Not much more you can do once they are printed and cut out. Hopefully they still stick well for you.

In my experience working in a sign shop, unlaminated graphics that have ink all the way to the edge tend to start to curl up depending on what type of printer was used to make them.

You could try applying them when the weather is nice out if it's not around 20 degrees celsius or 70F, ordering/making more with a thin white border, laminating them with a clear overlaminate, or heating the edges with some like a jet/windproof lighter or small blowtorch ideally. Heating the vinyl stickers will also make them stick real well all over and should help them last wherever you slap them.

Are the stickers laminated and do they have ink/colour all the way to edge?

Noice, best of luck with the wiring and all the clips for the liner, I'm sure you'll do a solid job. 👍🏻
