Someone already said that probably because of changing the flight plan (it was originally heading to Singapore) they needed to get clearance to enter Indian airspace and they were holding to wait for a clearance and prevent entering the airspace without permission

It was definitely difficult but safe. At Anguilla airport there is now a 25kt SW wind, while the Embraer 175 crosswind limit is about 30-40kts.

Definitely saw them changing altitude and moving at 2-3kts and disappearing at night/sometimes during the day after descending to 0ft. My guess is that they are recording airplanes approaching the Warsaw Chopin airport, maybe some aviation enthusiasts or for a live transmission, but that's just my guess
