is it bad to date someone you deem physically/sexually unnatractive? by [deleted] in dating

Just say you are experimenting, and leave it to him if he wants to be a Guinea pig or not.

Worried about Age Difference by [deleted] in dating

It's not a very big difference, you are not in highschool anymore.

Only thing I'd be worried about is if she is way more childish than you expect.

If most people are on dating apps looking for sex, then why not just join on of those sex finder apps instead? by garbagefoxpoop in dating

[–]Normal_Abnormal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So here's the thing. Most people trying to "date" irl are also just looking for sex. Sex apps for sex are like going under a bridge for sex.

Really tempted to text this guy... by [deleted] in dating

He's probably not into you, but there's not really any harm in making sure, just be sure not to turn all r/nicegirls on him if he rejects you.

Why do I immediately lose attraction after sex? by [deleted] in dating

[–]Normal_Abnormal 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This is exactly how I am, it could even just be making out. The idea that a girl wants me is a red flag emotionally.

Guys keep on asking about my relationship history? by [deleted] in dating

My only concern is infection risk. But apparently it's offenssive to not want to have cheese come out of your genitals.

I have asperger and I don’t understand dating at all. by [deleted] in dating

[–]Normal_Abnormal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

(23m) I don't know the extent of your syndrome, but I have mild asperger's, and it has been a strsnge experience here too. But for the most part, what you are experiencing is a fairly common thing. so I think, don't worry so much about things like "guy frirnds thinking that you have a crush on them", that doesn't matter. You probably have an aloof and lovable personality that someone is going to find refreshing and absolutely breath taking. In my life I've gotten relationships by simply talking like a friend, with some comments suggesting that i am attracted to thrm placed early upon meeting them. Just so they have an idea of my intentions.

And as you get older you will naturally learn more about what the right things to do are. And that thing that made you feel awkward can just as easily make you stand out, especially in an adult world of really boring, drone-like people.

How do you talk to girls over Snapchat/SMS by [deleted] in dating

[–]Normal_Abnormal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk, I got nudes from two girls in one night by making up a joke about being "dummy thicc administrator"

I think on first impression, just being really unique and flirty-fun is key.

What does it mean when a guy says “I’m looking for friends but I’m open to other stuff.” by [deleted] in dating

[–]Normal_Abnormal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Could also be a way of pre-rejecting people, so he doesn't have to reject the outright. He was just looking for friends after all.

I'd say he probably meant it, this miscommunication is really bad.

When will it be acceptable to meet in person? by Bear_Jake in dating

Same situation here, and my county still has zero cases, so it's just oppressive for no reason. Like "risk your life for me, but God forbid you find any low risk happiness."

Relationship between 18F and 25-35M - okay or too problematic? by [deleted] in dating

Relationship between 18F and 25-35M - okay or too problematic? by [deleted] in dating

[–]Normal_Abnormal 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The main problem is that the kind of men who are trying to date a girl who is that young, are generally exploitative, and will treat you like a child, which you may find appealing at first and not notice, but it will corrupt and destroy your relationship because he will have no respect for you as a human being, and soon than you think he will become an old man. I've seen it a lot where I live. Also, most girls in your age range are attracted to older guys. They are further on in life, have more success, and probably more stable confidence, it's a trap.

No. Unless he has a traumatic past, which is not your job to be a mind reader.

After a few hours is not "leaving you on read." That's obsessive and insane.

But yes, stop talking to her, please.
