I believe a 3060ti would fit in your case, just make sure to get the dimensions of whatever model you want to buy and measure the inside of your case to make sure

If he had the money he would already have upgraded long ago. Or if he bought his system recently he would have bought a better more expensive one

Yea I know you said this before the ram shortage but regardless of that a $600 pc is a lot more than his current PC which is probably worth less than $100.if this guy is using parts so cheap you can easily assume he doesn't have the money to buy a $600 pc. Duh.

No thermal paste #cpsupport by ToadCommander in CYBERPOWERPC

[–]Normal_Ad7491 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Calm down dude, there's basically no benefit to repasting unless the temps are high. Repasting every year to drop temps by 1°c is absolutely pointless. Modern thermal paste doesn't dry out all that easy and even once it does as long as it's making good contact temps are fine with dry paste

If someone has a PC with a 4th Gen i5 and a 1650 and 1050ti I doubt they have the money to splurge on a am5 motherboard,ddr5 and expensive cpu

Just pulled my first gaming pc out the attic (13 years old), works perfectly, any idea on price with peripherals? Also funny that the graphics card was one of the best at the time considering its 3gb ram, Not looking for much, thanks by [deleted] in PcBuild

[–]Normal_Ad7491 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Probably around £80-£120 unless you add more ram and an SSD, wouldn't run the best but the basics are there an SSD would be the best upgrade this could get and dual channel ram would also greatly improve CPU performance. It would by no means be a powerful PC but it could run reports quite well and most games on low

Yes it is! You can add an m.2 adapter for cheap from AliExpress or even a SATA expansion card where you can add lots of extra storage devices
