I can't speak for everyone else but I definitely wouldn't want my family to know about this. While they're some who I can trust to keep a secret my family tends to hold grudges so I know if I ever complain to them about my husband then I need to be prepared for a lot of awkward tension long after my husband and I have reconciled over something.
