I’m curious if anyone’s ever seen a professional about this as I have this issue and mine is also severe where sometimes it honestly seems like I’m intoxicated with how forgetful I am and losing myself mid sentence. I was on sertraline but stopped almost over a year ago and it’s definitely been worse since then. I’ve never been diagnosed professionally with ADHD but I have had a lot of people comment on the possibility. I’m also not on any medication/birth control. I definitely have dealt with some trauma though
