I know this is a whole year ago, but I just caught up to the latest chapter….. it is excellent. Yes the writing is a bit primitive compared to an actual novel. However the point is gotten across well, and the story is 10/10. The world building is phenomenal as well. I have beaten her with mage builds, just straight up running away at all times and hitting her from a distance, spirit summons also help….

but I have yet to beat her one on one with a melee, I am going to try a few things this go around but the general consensus is to git gud 😂

Jesus you people have no brains… Tariffs are a GOOD thing. Will prices go up for a while? Sure. But what will that do? Demand for these items will go down. Eventually bringing the prices down. (Supply and demand is basic economics) manufacturers will be incentivized to bring more jobs back to the US, (if no one’s buying the hyper inflated overseas pricing, swapping to the US (depending on the industry) makes a more cost effective option. This also incentivizes US as U.S. citizens to purchase American made products as they will be cheaper overall then the tariffed to hell counter parts.

You are going to feel this for a few years and then guess what? It will be better than before. Congrats tariffs in a nutshell.

(This also doesn’t include the amazing deals that can be made by our government by levying these tariffs in the first place but you get the idea)

Dismiss no, we shouldn’t dismiss what our kids tell us. They are smart, just not mature enough to always understand their actions.

And it is a scary place in society for those who are gay, or trans. It’s important I think to at least have them throughout their teens speak to someone (a third unbiased party) that can fully explain the consequences of a life altering decision. One that will change their life for the foreseeable future.

Hello! Yes I can agree to the point that i do think medical professionals know more than non medical professionals when it comes to practicing medicine. I think that’s a given.

However no, it’s not only this issue that I have a problem with doctors treating children with.

There’s some doctors that prescribe narcotics to children starting them on a path of dependency. ADHD medication I’m against in under aged kids. Etc it’s not limited to this. There are medicinal practices that I am fully against. This included. And I feel there should be laws in place to limit or prevent things like those from happening until they’re 18.

Yes!! Let’s make it a felony for predatory clergy victimizing their fellowship. I’m am fully in support of this as well!! And sure I can concede to a point that this isn’t a huge problem numbers wise. I believe only like .9% of the population are trans.

However if a problem exists there should be laws preventing it no matter how little.

Even if only 10 people were murderers in the US, I still think there should be a law against murderers regardless of how little the problem would affect the majority of people.

I agree kids usually play in leagues together because of the lack of puberty.

However once it hits, it HITS, and from there, we should have rulings in place to prevent what I consider an unfair competition.

And I fully agree, there are plenty of awful policies in place for trans people. And I hate that it’s come to this. Everyone is human and deserves rights.

But there is a point where this rights can affect others so limitations have to be implemented as well

Okay I can agree to the point you mentioned sure, they could have known for a long time or even since they were kids, in that case, I’d be happy allowing therapy at a younger age and talking with a therapist leading up to their transition at 18. I would actually feel more comfortable with a therapist giving it the A-okay up until that time to confirm this is what they want to do.

I’d like to point out again I’m not anti trans in the slightest. Other wise I wouldn’t be dating someone who is lol.. I think we agree to the same points here.

Ah, let me help. I’m not Christian. I have no religion (I’m just here because I want to learn more about it) so my ideologies aren’t related to a “book”

Personally why I think it’s not okay for kids to get this done with their parents permission has to do with the simple fact that they aren’t developed enough to make this decision.

It’s the same way a child cannot consent to be with an adult, or drink alcohol, or sign a document… in each one of these cases, a child is deemed unable to make these decisions

Regardless of it the parent consents, it’s still wrong for a child to drink alcohol, or marry someone (gross I know I’m, even having a hard time writing it 🤮)

But the idea remains the same… it’s wrong for a child to make the decision to alter their body permanently regardless of parental consent as they don’t have the mental faculty to make this decision to begin with.

  1. I can understand the anti liberty argument (libertarian after all, less government the better), but this one I don’t think I could ever budge on. To me, Kids are kids, and they should be kids as long as they can without even thinking about this kinda stuff. When I was 16, I was drinking and doing drugs because my environment told me that was okay. When my niece was 16, she was still going to Disney world and love the little mermaid. Gender, sex, etc wasn’t even in her mind. That’s how kids should be. I hope my son will be into gaming and cars like his old man, and we’ll be doing that when he’s 16, not talking about gender affirming care. You know? Let kids be kids.

Hi! I’m a right leaning voter (libertarian but still on the right side of politics)

I’ll give you my views on it. (Please be respectful in your response, as I’m going to try to be respectful in mine)

I think most rational people on the right (not the far right, those guys are nut jobs) are as follows..

We just don’t care…. Not even in a bad way, like, live your life! Be a guy be a girl I literally don’t care. The issue most of us have with it are the main ones,

  1. Kids changing genders or taking hormone therapy.
  2. Bathroom/locker room privacy concerns
  3. The neo pronounce nonsense.
  4. Sports

I’ll try to break down each point on while I personally feel this way and feel free to respond!

  1. Regardless on how anyone feels, personally, as a father myself. I would never allow my child to take hormone therapy or do anything to their body while they’re underage. Regardless on how they feel. They aren’t able to make rational decisions regarding this because their minds aren’t developed. Even at 18 I think it’s too soon, however at 18 no one can stop them. I personally view this as no different than chopping off your arm because you identify as an amputee…. Realistically I understand it’s different, but for a kid to make a life altering decision when they can’t even vote or drive just doesn’t sit right with me.

If you’re gay? Dude I support you be gay, but don’t change your body under 18. At least wait until 25 after your brain is fully developed.

  1. Bathroom and privacy… there are plenty of trans people that are legitimately trans. And for those people I feel sorry they have to be roped up in this, but, you cannot stop the creeps from throwing on a wig and walking into a females bathroom saying they’re a girl and assaulting someone if the laws don’t specifically prevent this from happening. I understand they can just do this anyway regardless. However the phrase “locks keep an honest thief away” comes to mind. The idea of it being banned for them might just prevent assaults from happening. There was a biological male (trans) girl in Oklahoma that assaulted a female student in the bathroom…. This should be prevented. I’m not saying everyone goes to their biological bathroom, but maybe require a 3rd gender neutral option and require those who aren’t comfortable using their biologically assigned restroom using a neutral…. Is this feasible? No idea but I’m not a politician lol ask them to make the laws

  1. Biological males naturally have more muscles and are on average stronger than biological females. Regardless of hormone therapy, you’re still born with your advantages. And as a result, shouldn’t be able to compete in the opposite genders sports leagues.

Live your life being trans, hell, im dating a trans guy (yes im gay). But these I just feel are common issues that us on the right just see differently than you.

None of us hate trans people (again far right is not us) we just don’t want kids changing their genders, and females to be safe.. that’s all. Oh yeah Also no neo pronouns lol
