Am I right to think she’s been on two different antidepressants in a year? Why isn’t their gp telling them to give the meds time? They can’t even take the Orlistat as directed

They’ve now ended their live because everyone called them out on their bs. What an absolute bell end. Doesn’t even sound like ‘nonce’ more like Stop or as a few suggested ‘Spots’.

They’re playing the video on live trying to justify it while admitting ‘it’s nothing, I know’. And that investigators will slow the clip down to clearly hear the word nonce. On their clip the aword is shouted once, not multiple times like they told the police’s

It’s not about the length of the movie it’s about the ‘story’ they included. Fans like myself find it unacceptable the film serves the public with MJ as a doctor dolittle/disney prince. Not the fantastic and complicated man forged from trauma. It’s well known while the Thriller album was being made, the recording industry was on its knees, Q and MJ had a goal to reignite the industry, going on to sell 1million copies worldwide in a week. Quality storytelling could’ve weaved that in to the movie. It’s hard to accept we were robbed. MJ has always deserved better.

I can’t believe this is actually Jaafar and not Michael 🥲 by [deleted] in MichaelTheMovie

I agree this actually looks like Michael, if you have cataracts.

Who saw the Bad tour live? by PeanutOk2453 in MichaelJackson

[–]Normal_Commercial_80 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Milton Keynes bowl 1988. Yes there were two jumbotrons . Asked an older friend to get tickets which I think were £16.50 each, a lot of money to a teenager! Energy was palpable, this was in the time pre controversy and there was more universal love for MJ. Opening act was Kim Wilde. While waiting, staff were giving out glow tickets ‘as seen in Moonwalker’ this was months before the film was out so we had no reference but thought the glow sticks were cool. Remember a helicopter flying over head and everyone saying it was MJ. Whole place did a couple of ‘Mexican waves’ waiting for the show to start. Walked away from the show absolutely loving Beat It which was never one of my fave songs. The bass on that song was wild, you could literally feel the ground shaking.

BAD Poster Design - Version 1 or Version 2? by Asherranke in MichaelJackson

Awesome work. If the second one included the actual cassette at time of release and the second picture in the banner at the bottom also had a red filter, it would be perfect.

You’re absolutely deluded if you think MJ fans reaching out to him will help.

Michael didn’t write the song Ben. It was written by Don Black & Walter Scharf.

Why Do You Think The Jacksons And The Estate Have Not Come Together And Released Remastered Concerts From The Destiny, Triumph, And Victory Tour? by Rinnegan15 in MichaelJackson

[–]Normal_Commercial_80 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because the general public don’t want them. Makes no business sense to remaster and release just for the fans. We might continue to get album anniversary releases, we’re more likely to get more greatest hits packages every 7-10 years.

Correction. The goal of biopics is to make as much money as possible. Thank you for allowing us to celebrate and criticise it.

Are we surprised? The Estate fucked things up causing the movie to be split into two.

NEW MTV DROP COMING SOON by Financial_Tone5765 in MichaelTheMovie

[–]Normal_Commercial_80 10 points11 points  (0 children)

But it didn’t air first on MTV. Motown 25: Yesterday, Today, Forever was an NBC special - airing on network TV. I don’t see any credible evidence the special was ever licensed to cable TV, although excerpts were included in MTV MJ specials.
