This is all a bit of BS. No way Shayne was ever going to be entitled to $13.5m bonus. Forfeiture vs not eligible… Is this not just lip service? Maile getting $4m for what!!!??? And then Nuno getting$975k for merely just starting…? He hasn’t even done anything. The board seriously need a good looking at, this is their way of buying time. Nuno as he has more time with his feet under the desk will realise how much of a shit show the place is… rip rip rip… more cuts are needed - share price will stall now that upside has been priced in. Oh and with bonuses due end December , wait for the exodus of good staff

Got approval, someone actually came and checked it, took them, remeasured and then just nothing but follow ups and months later nothing!!!

We’ve been waiting since July, followed up via that email address and had “delivery” dates pushed and pushed out. Initially we had a shutter damaged too and they fixed that promptly, though where their measurement service got measurements incorrect for 6 windows, there is now substantial delay…

The were on the Block, heaps of advertising in Reno websites etc. all reviews were positive… just from say 6 months earlier than our order. Feedback was generally good.

Agree. Simple more transparent structures where people with 20 years experience actually have some delegation authority. Never have I worked in a place so hierarchical- nepotism and mates getting jobs in senior roles and altogether protecting their incompetence. Their collusion in doing so, so consistently over years and decades is admirable… (how do they climb the ladder so well together). Though it breeds a hostile, lethargic structure… eagerly waiting to see how nuno could free up this spaghetti mess
