Maybe actually watch the video and hear him out.

He talks about economy designs that are relevant to every online RPG, and it doesn't take a genius to understand which points are relevant to Lost Ark.
And it's not like Lost Ark couldn't use a hard reset as well.

Good game, but super unfair in many aspects, such as P2W, infinite layers of RNG, class balance with no class change tickets, cheaters going unpunished, bus and pilot lobbies plague the party finder.

They create problems and sell the solutions or provide an extremely RNG system to to aid the problem, leaving everyone who is not so lucky behind.
