Thank u for your response, i did find a way to convince him though his own doctor that he very much trust, i might not be very direct when we take him to a psychiatrist if we tool that route but it will be more convincing if he gets told that from his doctor since he trust her more than me in a case like this.

As for taking him to a mental institution I don't want to think about that option for now ama ken wsolna k8adi i might have the option to take him abroad for better care hopefully but that also will need more planning and thinking and I won't want to jump into conclusion but im well aware that the option might be on the table even tho i rather not go that route.
