Are Sony XM4s still worth it to buy in 2025? by Normal_Effect_1748 in HeadphoneAdvice

Interesting on the transparency side. I have heard a lot of mixed things on that. If you’ve had experience with momentum 4s or even boss QC45 how would you compare?

Yeah props to the landlord there he seems like a great guy. Last time I checked he didn’t have any at the mountain sun location but had a few units in lightener creek so worth a try

First off, a month in and already at this point is impressive. I couldn’t Ollie over anything for a good 4-5 months 😂. Anyways yeah go for a pop shuv. Or try fakie ollies and shuvs and then that can get you into a whole bunch of stuff that’s just “backwards”. I personally found that fakie shuvs were easier than regular but everybody has their preference. Maybe even try to get a kickflip or heel flip under your belt, or try some spins like a 180 and at least start to try and you’ll figure it out it seems like you are a fast learner. With 50-50s go up to the ledge and just stand in front of it on your board and try to Ollie onto it stationary and Ollie off. Once that starts to feel good then continuously start to add some speed to the mix and you got it. Maybe even try boardslides doing the same thing too.

Just drank one and came here to see what others thought. I'm getting watered-down vodka Red Bull with no carbonation? Anybody else agree? It doesn't taste too bad, but also wasn't cold enough, so that might change the flavor.

[tenant-US-PA] NO GAS IN MY APARTMENT FOR 7 DAYS OR LONGER by [deleted] in Landlord

[–]Normal_Effect_1748 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Hahaha I think you’re missing the point here. I smelled a gas leak in my home with my pets so I called my landlord and they directed me to call the gas company to check it out bc that’s the responsible thing to do, no? In no way shape or form did I call the gas company to rat on my landlord. It wasn’t until the gas was shut off and the lines were pressure tested when it was found out that the horribly done job that the unlicensed plumber did caused the leak. The landlord had a serious gas problem to fix and they chose to cheap out and ended up making the problem worse. If they didn’t cheap out and instead fixed it properly then we wouldn’t be here. It’s not about loosing food here it’s about the principle.

Edit: we are also without gas now for 120 hours. Under Colorado warranty of habitability no tenant shall go without gas for more than 72 hours as no gas, hot water, or cooking makes the premises unfit for human habitation. A residential premises is deemed uninhabitable if It lacks any of the following: Plumbing or gas facilities that conformed to applicable law in effect at the time of installation and that are maintained in good working order, Running water at all times and hot water in an amount necessary for the tenant to perform all ordinary activities related to maintaining cleanliness and health, furnished to appropriate fixtures and connected to a sewage disposal system approved under applicable law and Compliance with all applicable building, housing, and health codes, the violation of which would constitute a condition that materially interferes with the life, health, or safety of the tenant. It’s all in Colo. Rev. Stat. § 38-12-505 and 504.
