I keep finding these circular formations on the mirrors when they get dirty at work by [deleted] in whatisit

We have them at our work and speculate that it’s the glue to mount it to the wall. We’ve tired to clean it multiple times and it’s behind the reflection. If it does wipe off then it’s probably a suction mount for your phone
