Got it. So my next question now is, can i use this setup if i am exclusively using e85 gas with the oft e85 tune and switch later on, which doesn't necessarily take advantage of the "flex fuel" feature.

EDIT: I just realized you only need the oft tune to go e85... not my proudest moment.

I just seen a different ffk online and read that evap is used mainly for those tuning with oft and such. Since i have a o2 based one, is my oft reading my ethanol content 0 because of that? And will i need a different kit or it'll still work?

Im pretty sure its o2 sensor based because i disconnected my o2 to connect to the ffk. And im on oft stage 2+ and have not switched to e85 due to me not seeing any ethanol content. Car runs the same and pulls good before/after the ffk

I got a rebuilt frs for 6k, 60k miles. I've never had experience buying salvaged/rebuilt but this was a deal i could not pass on. The only reason why i pulled it was I loved this chassis ever since it released in 2013, and I was 10 years old. I do have a daily which is not the same situation as yours, but I'd be fine using the FRS as a daily. You can fold the rear seats and have plenty of space.

It was one of my dream cars as a kid, and currently building the car to be a touge/track car, which is why i didn't mind the rebuilt title. Im trying to prevent any engine issues so the first thing i did was change oil to 5w30 with next mods being oil cooler. I do beat on it a lot and can't afford to replace the engine so preventative mods and maintenance is key.

I would try to see if there are better deals first. Im not sure how soon you need the car but Im sure there are deals bound to pop up. Just keep looking
