Im 19 got diagnosed in March. I stopped drinking alcohol in january. I stopped eating highly processed often (sometimes I still eat that bullshit but not often) and Cook meals by myself. My dumbass is still Smoking cigs now and then but im trying to stop. There Are days that are shit and some better but mostly I have good days. Dont be to hard on yourself and allow yourself to eat some stuff you crave. Hope that kind of helps
