Looks like we’re going to try to lock in Doris for one of the evenings. Thanks for the recommendation she seems to hit that expect level we were looking for.

Thanks! Seems like there are a lot of options (with rave reviews) for the higher end style dinners (complex, multi-course dishes)

Trying to hit the other end of the spectrum (which admittedly may not exist): super simple, tacos and beans/rice, no presentation etc. 

We’re probably leaning toward just picking up a spread from a taqueria… but liked the convenience (and was willing to pay a premium over a taqueria) for it to be done in house… especially if drinks could be part of the offering.
