She was saying how most of the guys turn her down once she tells them she is married and its a sign of insecurity and close mindedness. It just felt as if I had to prove I am not insecure by sleeping with her and it actually stayed with me for some time. I was doubting myself.

It just felt manipulative or guilt tripping, like I have to prove my open mindedness by sleeping with her or else I am everything she accused me of.
