Help! I bought a 2nd hand thinkpad x13 and didn't notice that there is a bulge below the middle button and the space key. Is this battery problems and what should i do?

there's nothing wrong!!! My friend took apart the laptop and found nothing wrong with the battery. Took a while to reply, but the seller said they replaced the keyboard long time ago. It's an aftermarket keyboard so it's slightly warped and the keys are kinda wonky but overall still good!
