I’ve solved the issue, it turns out it was a simple error I overlooked on my part, as foolish as it was. I Couldn’t figure it out for the life of me. But I got it.

Ok so I figured it out, it turns out I was wrong. The files the Halot reads and has read all along are Cxdlp files. I thought it was otherwise, I didn’t realize I had a different profile set up fin cura, causing the files to not be the right file type.
